SHOPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges only for items that are in perfect, unworn, and unused condition.
All products must include:
• Original packaging
• All tags attached
• Protective films and seals intact
Any sign of wear, deodorant, fragrance, or residue voids eligibility for return or exchange.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Nipple covers
• Adhesive silicone bras
• Panties
• Bodysuits with attached panties
• Shapewear that directly touches the skin
These products are classified as final sale once purchased.

• The item you wish to return or exchange
• The size or product you’d like instead
Our team will reply within 24 hours with next-step instructions.
Yes — returns by mail are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, automatically deducted from your refund.
We cover the shipping cost for the new exchange package.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
• Bodysuits: accepted only if not tried on, not stretched, not worn or washed, and all tags remain intact.
• Shapewear & seamless items: must be returned in flawless, unused condition with no signs of wear or skin contact.
Any product showing signs of trying on or skin contact cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
PRODUCT CARE & POLICY DETAILS
Once the protective film is removed, the adhesive surface is exposed — for FDA-grade safety and hygiene, it cannot be resold or sanitized.
Therefore, such items become ineligible for return or exchange.

Once you ship your return, please email us the tracking number so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
