Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations work for purchases from HANIMÈ Body at www.hanimebody.com. Because we sell intimate apparel, shapewear, adhesive bodywear, and undergarment products, all returns are handled with strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must pass inspection and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

2. Eligible Return Condition

Eligible products must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, unstretched, and free from signs of trying on.
  • Free from deodorant, fragrance, makeup, lotions, residue, stains, hair, or damage.
  • Returned with original packaging, all tags, hygiene liners, seals, protective films, inserts, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number from www.hanimebody.com.

3. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or removed from protective packaging.

  • Nipple covers, adhesive silicone bras, adhesive inserts, sticky pads, and similar adhesive products after the protective film or seal is removed.
  • Panties, underwear, bodysuits with attached panties, and intimate garments that show any sign of skin contact, trying on, wear, washing, stretch, or removed hygiene protection.
  • Final sale, clearance, gift card, customized, personalized, or promotional items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items not returned with original packaging, tags, liners, films, or seals.

Items that cannot be safely inspected, sanitized, or resold because of health or hygiene considerations are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@hanimebody.com within the return window with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item you want to return or exchange.
  • The reason for the request.
  • For exchanges, the size, color, or product you would like instead.
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please wait for return authorization before mailing anything back. Items sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected.

5. Return Shipping

Returns by mail include a $6 return shipping fee, automatically deducted from the approved refund amount, unless the return is due to our error or an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

For approved exchanges, HANIMÈ covers the shipping cost for the replacement package after the returned item is received and approved.

6. Inspection and Refund Timing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If an item fails inspection, we may deny the refund or exchange. When legally permitted, rejected items may be returned to you at your cost or disposed of for hygiene reasons.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@hanimebody.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label. When the issue is verified, we will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not shipped or entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return and exchange policy applies.

9. Price Adjustments and Promotions

Discounts, coupons, promotional offers, and gift cards cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law or expressly stated in the promotion terms. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts, store credits, or promotions.
