All domestic U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.

For returns, we accept only unused, unworn, and unwashed items with all tags and packaging intact.
Because HANIMÈ specializes in intimate and bodywear, strict hygiene standards apply in accordance with global safety laws and TikTok commerce regulations.

Products such as nipple covers, adhesive bras, panties, and shapewear that come into direct contact with skin are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns by mail include a $6 return shipping fee, automatically deducted from the refund amount.
