Refund and Returns Policy

To maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our premium intimate products, all returns are inspected upon arrival.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are available only for eligible products that are:

  • In perfect, unworn condition

  • In original packaging with all tags and seals attached

  • Free from residue, deodorant, fragrance, or stretch marks

Items that fail hygiene inspection, or have been tried on, are not eligible for refund or exchange — this ensures fairness, compliance, and customer safety across the HANIMÈ community.

We’ll prioritize a free replacement immediately, without requiring a return.
